Dear Pat and Russ,

On behalf of the Midd-West School District Instructional Technology Department, and the Midd-West School District, I want to express my thanks and offer my commendation for the quality of products, service and support that you and your staff have shown us during the past three years.

Since we began working with you to help develop our instructional technology implementation in the District, we have been extremely pleased and impressed with the products we have purchases. The attention to detail, competitive pricing, expert service and quick response to customers concerns, are the types of services that make working with your company a true pleasure.

The service has been second to none, especially the close and open relationship that my technology specialists have been ale to develop with your technicians. Rarely have we seen this level of cooperation from a vendor. Having the opportunity for my specialists to call and talk directly to the technician who built the machine is one of the real pluses in solving any problems that may arise.

The response of your sales staff to inquiries for pricing and availability, as well as offering very competitive pricing, has prompted us to look to your company first when pricing items for purchase. The wide array of products, and the quick turn around time, makes securing items on short notice an easy and almost effortless process. This has allowed us to maintain a short inventory of items, since we know what we can get them in short order.

The professionalism of everyone there (both of you, Fran, Bobbi, Tammy, Mike, Larry, and John) is on of the deciding factors in where we take our business. I don't know where we could have found a more reliable, friendly, professionals and hard working vendor than at The Computer Co-Op.
