Dear Russ,

I wanted to send you a note of thanks for your help in the last couple of months. We have been burning the candle at both ends trying to get many of our projects off the ground and it was with the help of your organization that small parts of the puzzle went together.

The timely shipments, ease of returns, and just the idea that we could depend on you for information to meet our schedule was a plus. The nature of our business us usually from "hand to mouth" and you did indeed make my job easier.

By the way, the 10 systems you built for our process control units have been working flawlessly. I really find it interesting that Dell and the "big boys" couldn't build the systems to our specifications.
