WHAT DOES THE COMPUTER CO-OP DO?
For nearly fifteen years we have been providing our loyal customers computer hardware and software through responsive stock status, order processing, and honest answers. It is our goal to form a partnership with all of our customers by supporting all of their computer needs.With our purchasing partners, we have been successful in buying in quantities that provide fair pricing and quick delivery. A liberal return policy also enables our customers a no-hassle solution with a defective product.
HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
The Computer Co-op will ship your order the same day it is received, whenever possible.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped by UPS Ground or local delivery, unless another level of service is requested by the customer (i.e., next day air, second-day, or three-day service).
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and COD orders. We also accept net terms from qualified customers.
WHAT WARRANTY DOES THE COMPUTER CO-OP GIVE?
We offer the full manufacturers warranty and stated warranties on systems. Our systems come with either a 1, 2, or 3 year warranty.
HOW CAN I GET SERVICE FOR MY COMPUTER IF NECESSARY?
The Computer Co-op will gladly handle your return for you, or we will help you contact the manufacturer directly. If on-site service is necessary, we will be there for you just as soon as possible.
